Brock Lesnar Rumored For Match After WrestleMania

Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns are rumored to wrestle again at some point down the line, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, with a storyline based around their alliances with Paul Heyman. Brock Lesnar put over a big future WWE star recently.

Lesnar vs. Reigns has been done multiple times, first at WrestleMania 31 in 2015, WrestleMania 34 in 2018, Greatest Royal Rumble in 2018, and Summerslam 2018, but all saw Reigns as the face and Lesnar as the heel. A new feud would see a role reversal, with Reigns as the heel and Lesnar as the face.

Another match Dave Meltzer reports is in the works for later this year is Edge vs. Daniel Bryan, as Edge is pushing for the match. Edge and Bryan are also both on WWE creative, and Edge pushed to win the Rumble match and main event WrestleMania against Roman Reigns, while Bryan is more into pushing other talents, as seen when he lost to Cesaro on Smackdown recently.

Brock Lesnar has not been seen in WWE since WrestleMania 36, with his contract expiring shortly after the event. Lesnar’s absence is largely blamed on the pandemic, as his previous contracts were based around him wrestling on big payday and highly attended shows like WrestleMania, the Royal Rumble, and most importantly the Saudi Arabia shows. For the time being, the WWE are not allowed to sell tickets and they cannot travel to Saudi Arabia. Lars Sullivan blowing a feud with Brock Lesnar was also just detailed.
