Brock Lesnar speculated to face Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 35

The Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar reclaimed his Universal Championship at WWE Crown Jewel after making quick work of his opponent Braun Strowman. With Lesnar not expected to work at the upcoming TLC pay-per-view, all eyes point towards the potential plans for the championship next year.

As per the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the current plan for Lesnar is to face Seth Rollins at The Grandest Stage Of Them All, next year. The current Intercontinental champion is expected to lose out the belt during the ongoing feud against Dean Ambrose.

Seth Rollins recently mentioned Brock Lesnar during RAW in Manchester where he mentioned that his title victory is a slap to the face of fans as well as the locker room. The Architect faced Lesnar once at Battleground 2015, where The Undertaker returned to end the match via disqualification.

Rollins had earlier mentioned the prospect of wrestling Lesnar again on Delaware 105.9’s Rob Petree on Eagle 977, last year. Rollins stated:

“If it were up to me, it would be tomorrow, ya know? But you got to wait for those title shots,” Rollins said. “Our champion currently is Brock Lesnar on Raw – our Universal Champion – and he is a force to be reckoned win. He is also somebody who chooses to defend his title and fight on his own time. So you really gotta be kind of lucky to land those title shots.”
