Brock Lensar is not only known well through the WWE world, but also known as a legendary MMA fighter. Also known in the world of both is the very legendary, Ken Shamrock. Oh, trust me, my heart is racing just thinking about the possibility of a matchup between these two.
What makes this even better is that this news comes straight from Ken Shamrock himself. On Twitter, Ken responded to a fan talking about when Brock faced Zack Gowan on Smackdown during his rookie years. “If WWE had Brock Lesnar destroy a one-legged man in today’s WWE, how do you think the internet would react?” asked the fan.
Ken Shamrock responded to the tweet stating: “Just how WWE wants them too & Brock loves this.” A fan then responded to this asking Ken: “Such a great answer Mr. Shamrock. Why haven’t you two wrestled in the ring? I think you two would have an amazing match, though I think you fall to an F-5, but I think we’ll see Brock tap to the Ankle Lock cause he has before. But damn, Paul Heyman by his side.”
Ken finished this off by replying: “Agreed it could have been a great match.”
Sadly, we won’t be seeing a match between Shamrock and Lesnar at this point in history, but we could only imagine this matchup getting intense very quickly.
