Multiple sources are now confirming WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and Vince McMahon had a real-life verbal altercation following the finish of the main event at WrestleMania 34.
Details are scarce right now, but it appears Lesnar went off on the WWE Chairman and was ‘livid’ after returning to the backstage gorilla position.
The encounter was reportedly brief and ended with Lesnar throwing the Universal Championship. Some say it was thrown at a wall, and others say at McMahon himself. There has been no word on what triggered such a reaction from the Champion but McMahon was not impressed.
While not confirmed, there’s a belief that the Beast may have gone off script toward the end of the end of the match.
Hardly surprising given Brock Lesnar’s reputation and perhaps the circumstances he currently finds himself in, but throwing the Championship is unacceptable and may further highlight that the Beast is done with WWE. What are you guys thinking about this?
