Brodie Lee is the leader of the Dark Order. He was last seen losing the TNT Championship to Cody Rhodes on AEW Dynamite. He squared off against Rhodes in a dog collar match. He has not been seen on AEW television since that match and it seems there is a legitimate reason that explains his absence.

On the Wrestling Observer Forum, Dave Meltzer was asked about the reason for The Exalted One being absent. Meltzer said that Brodie Lee possibly suffered an injury to his ankle. However, it was also noted to be a minor injury.
Cody went on to lose the TNT Title he won from Lee as he was defeated by Darby Allin at AEW Full Gear last week.
There is no timetable for Lee’s return to AEW. We hope it will be sooner rather than later.
