Bruce Prichard Has Surprising WWE Firing Agreement

Recently, a revelation was made by Dave Meltzer about Bruce Prichard and the state of strangle-hold contractual agreements for both current and former WWE staff members and superstars.

The dialogue on this issue first started when JFBaker posted on the F4WOnline.com forums stating: “I love this show [Something to Wrestle with Bruce Prichard], as all of Conrad’s stuff. I will say, I hope he saves some of the topics and reviews for when he gets let go by WWE.”

JFBaker then continues with some big speculations: “Don’t root for anyone to lose their job, but I can’t imagine he’s not the fall guy at some point and the show was way more entertaining pre-WWE.”

Dave Meltzer then chimed in by opening up the blinds a bit responding to JFBaker with the following: “The guys now have to sign clauses where they can be sued if they talk about inside stuff after they leave their positions.”

This banter coincides with Eric Bischoff not going into any deep details about his last WWE run when he spoke on the 83 Weeks podcast.

On the podcast, Eric was cut and dry with his WWE departure stating: “It didn’t work out the way I wanted it to work out. It really didn’t work out the way Vince McMahon wanted it to work out…but then…that happens.” Eric then seems to allude that something deeper may have been at play by backing up a bit: “Professionally, I’m taking a hard look at it and thinking it through.” before dodging any foreseeable legal troubles by praising the WWE throughout the rest of the episode.
