Brutus Beefcake opens up on Hulk Hogan
During an interview with WrestlingInc.com, WWE Hall of Fame Brutus Beefcake commented on how both have been doing in the past few months. Beefcake said the following about Hogan:
“Well, we’ve been tuning in and catching his Monday specials, he’s got his karaoke show going with Jimmy Hart. He’s doing okay you know, he’s a tough man, he’s got a lot of adversity but he’s doing good.”
Beefcake also commented on Knobbs:
“I was with Knobbs probably a month ago in Jersey, he had some health issues. If he’s lost weight, and is feeling better, that’s good news to me. I know he wasn’t doing real well the last time I saw him, but he’s a good guy, and I wish him the best. We all hope he’s doing good.
He further revealed: “He had a knee replacement that went bad”
It was added:
“The surgeries shut down, so he was really having a seriously hard time trying to get around. He needed to get that done, and they put everything on hold.”

Hulk Hogan’s health was a topic of growing concern. It was in the late last year when fellow WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair gave an update on his podcast claiming the that ‘The Hulkster’ was dealing with some serious issues. “The Nature Boy” said back in November:
“He’s having some really bad health issues but he keeps up with me. We support each other, good and bad. When I was in the hospital he flew up that day like everybody else that came up to see me…Hulk was gracious, Jimmy Hart was great. I don’t remember seeing them because I was in a coma but they made the effort to go. Those are the kind of things that mean a lot.”
