Byron Saxton used to work Smackdown Live every week, but with the new television deals, he was removed from his position.
Tom Phillips is now doing commentary for NXT UK and 205 Live, but many wondered what became of Saxton. It seems that Byron Saxton is a full-time commentator on Main Event. He worked alongside Dio Maddin and Mickie James on commentary.
It is unknown whether Mickie James will keep on working on commentary for WWE, but Saxton will certainly carry on.
