Cathy Kelley made her final WWE appearance at NXT TakeOver: Portland. After the show was over, Kelley received a heart-warming farewell from Triple H and The Undisputed Era.
On Confidence In Life Changes with Maria Menounos, Kelley talked about why she had to leave WWE. Kelley revealed that the hectic nature of a WWE schedule prevented her from doing taking up any outside projects.
However, now that she is out of the company, she has the opportunity to partake in projects that she had to decline previously. She also gave a few hints about what’s next for her career but didn’t say it straight out.
Kelley also revealed that keeping up with her WWE schedule gave her a lot of exhaustion. Therefore after thinking about it for a while, she decided to walk out.
