Rhea Ripley has revealed in a new interview that she expected WWE to add Charlotte Flair to her Raw Womens Title match with Asuka, and still sees it as a possibility just a couple of days out. Charlotte Revealed Her WrestleMania 37 Status a few days ago.
Ripley told Wrestle Talk, “Yeah, I was expecting something like that to happen, but it hasn’t. I hope that everything in Charlotte’s life is doing great. I hope that she’s mentally good and physically good. I don’t really know what’s going on with all of that, but I am very excited to step in the ring with Asuka. If Charlotte got added to the match, like I wouldn’t complain. I think it would still be an amazing match, and it would be a lot of fun and hopefully I could get some payback for last year.”
Charlotte’s boyfriend Andrade has responded to a new Fightful headline that stated, “WWE President Nick Khan Says WWE Has Hyper Focus On Mexico, Wants To Put WWE Touch On Lucha Libre.”
Andrade threw shade at the WWE President, tweeting, “More talent for sitting in the locker room!” Andrade had been off TV for several months despite being medically eligible before requesting his WWE release last month.
