Dean Ambrose’s WWE contract will be expiring at the end of this month and after that, he will be leaving the company. He will be free to do what he pleases and rumors suggest that he might be signing with AEW.

Chris Jericho, who has signed a 3-year deal with AEW recently spoke to express.co.uk. Jericho commented on Dean Ambrose possibly joining AEW and said he would be more than welcome if he decided to go through with it and sign with AEW.

“I’m sure if he wants to come to AEW he’d be more than welcome.”

“When you get a great performer, it doesn’t matter what company they were before because they’re in a top level.”

Jericho also commented on Ambrose possibly wanting a break from professional wrestling.

“It’s a grind, and not just the physical aspect of it but there’s a mental standpoint.”

As reported earlier, Dean Ambrose has been moved to the Alumni section of the WWE website. It will be interesting to see what Dean Ambrose does next.
