CM Punk is no stranger to discussing his displeasure with WWE – however, it’s very rare for him to acknowledge the current WWE product. Punk did exactly this as he responded to a tweet sent out by ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt which stated: “Someday someone will break you so badly that you’ll become unbreakable. -The Joker’. The tweet also shows of photo of Randy Orton about to punt Wyatt in his previous WWE incarnation as Husky Harris. CM Punk ‘looks ready’ for wrestling return.

This drew the attention of ‘The Second City Saint’, CM Punk who responded to the tweet by stating: “I tried to warn him. Randal never listened. Hope you don’t hold a grudge for that little whipping incident. Bygones and such…”

In other news revolving CM Punk, Renee Paquette, the former Renee Young recently sat down with the Metro to discuss a variety of topics, one of them being ‘The Straight Edge Superstar’ himself and how CM Punk never returning to wrestling would be a ‘shame’ for the industry. “I think it would be an absolute shame if he did not come back. Like you said, that passion is still there! He’s a wrestler! He is a wrestler through and through. Whether he was busy doing movies or TV shows or other aspirations that he has, I think at the end of the day wrestling is the thing that makes that guy tick. CM Punk was also recently called out for betraying an AEW Star.

“I think for him to not come back in some capacity, whatever creative he ends up working out that he really wants to do – I think ultimately, that that’s what it would come down to for him, is finding that great creative.

“Paycheques are nice too, but really I think it’s just being able to tell the stories that you wanna be able to tell. He’s got lots that he could serve up to both promotions – WWE or AEW. But people would lose their minds to see him come back, so let’s hope that he doesn’t have too much dust on those boots.”
