CM Punk Confirms He’s Signed For 2021

CM Punk revealed that he is signed on to work on a new project in January 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic has taken over the entire world since March of 2020. It has affected countless people and is unlikely to stop. It has also affected the world of professional wrestling as many pro wrestlers all over the world have tested positive for the virus.

A fan recently took to Twitter and made a hint that Punk has COVID-19 the same time as he does. Due to this, CM Punk gave a swift reply to the fan.

At least I have Covid at the same time @CMPunk does?#WeirdThingsInCommon

Punk took to Twitter and replied to the fan, where Punk revealed that he is self-quarantining as part of a mandatory safety guideline for a job, not revealing the nature of the job. Punk added that he does not have COVID-19 whatsoever.

I do not have Covid. I’m quarantining as a mandatory safety guideline for a job.

It is to be noted that WWE Backstage will be making its return on FS1 on January 30th, which will be right before the Royal Rumble event. This would be around the time Punk will be finish self-quarantining himself.

We certainly wonder if Punk will be appearing on WWE Backstage next week. He will certainly be a great addition to the show.
