The former WWE Champion tweeted out a video recorded from his cell phone which was supposed to show fans that he is now following the Oilers. But, the wrestling fans saw something else which was not meant to be seen or was it?
CM Punk is still following WWE?
Punk’s video clip saw the WWE app which was on top of home screen. It was also in a spot usually dedicated to apps that are frequently used for most people, right next to the Geico Mobile app on the top left corner of the screen. Thus, it also confirmed that Punk has Geico insurance.
One of the fans wrote: CM Punk WWE return confirmed,” while another said “Sorry but the WWE app and HBO Go app that doesn’t work anymore stood out to me.”
After the Tweet, there have been multiple speculations regarding Punk and some believe he could still be on his way to WWE, which he had been dismissing for the past few years.
It is unlikely that the former WWE Champion would be heading to WWE. He is currently on WWE’s alumni page. We will see if that video clip means anything in regards to his return.
