CM Punk made his surprise return to WWE programming during the November 12th episode of WWE Backstage and he then gave an interesting interview on the show the next week.
However, the former World Champion has taken a break from the WWE series since then and he has not made another appearance on the show.
Now WWE has officially announced the return of the Straight Edge Star, confirming that he will be returning to the FS1 series tonight:
After a brief recess, CM Punk will return to WWE Backstage tonight, resuming hosting duties alongside Renee Young and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. The former WWE Champion made waves in his first two weeks on FS1’s show, and he’s poised to do it again on an episode that will feature Offset of The Migos as the guest on “Promo School.” WWE Backstage airs tonight at 11 p.m. ET on FS1
It’s unknown what Punk will be doing at the show but it’s likely that he will analyze the build-up for the upcoming TLC PPV before the event takes place this Sunday.
