Former WWE Superstar CM Punk has not been seen on WWE television since the 2014 edition of Royal Rumble pay-per-view. He walked out on the company the next day and has not looked back since then. The Young Bucks just reacted to CM Punk returning to the ring for a television show.
Following his WWE exit, many fans have been wanting to see Punk make his return to the company every year.
Unfortunately for many, CM Punk did not make his WWE return at this past Sunday’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view, which certainly disappointed many fans who were hoping to see him back.
A fan recently took to Twitter and made a post about his son, where the fan said that his son hoped to see Punk make a surprise appearance at the Royal Rumble, and then win it and main event WrestleMania 37. His son then said that if Punk did not appear at the Royal Rumble, he will become CM Punk.
The child could be seen wearing wrist braces that are similar to CM Punk’s and also slicked his hair back.
My little guy was hoping so much to see @CMPunk make a surprise appearance at Royal Rumble. I told him not to get his hopes up and he said “OK but if he doesn’t tomorrow I’ll be him” So here is my guy today he just made the wrist braces and slicked his hair back
CM Punk saw this tweet and said that he loves it, adding that the child looks awesome.
