Jim ‘The Anvil’ Neidhart passed away yesterday morning, August 13. While the wrestling world mourned the loss of another legend, Natalya’s current and former co-workers shared their thoughts of the Anvil and sent their love to Natalya and her family for their loss.
One such star was Cody Rhodes, who went to Twitter to send positive vibes to Natalya during her troubling time.
It’s rare to find somebody so beloved by fans but even more beloved by all of her peers. Nattie is one of the kindest most genuine people I’ve ever met. She’s a result of Jim in that way. What a fun man whose energy beamed across our TVs. We love you guys and are thinking of you.

Rhodes said that Natalya is one of the kindest people that he’d ever met, and he believes that stems from her father, Jim Neidhart.
Natalya was originally scheduled to face Alexa Bliss last night but would be replaced by Ember Moon after her father’s passing.
