AEW has so far delivered on all their promises and one thing fans are eagerly waiting for the promotion to confirm is a tie in video game of the company.
The company vice president Cody Rhodes recently talked to Bleacher Report where he answered fan questions and replied to a question about the video game.
Rhodes claimed that he will give an honest update on the situation and said that the AEW video game will be something all the fans will know about as they begin the process:
“I’ll give the honest update: the AEW video game will be something all fans know about as we begin the process and as we move forward,” Rhodes said. “If we were to make a very good game, which is our intention, it’s going to take time. Game development is arduous, it’s a very creative space, and we want to do it right. We will keep people updated, it won’t come as a surprise, we want them to take the journey with us. Be extra patient so we can deliver.”
The Young Bucks have also previously teased the AEW video game and it’s believed that the company is working to produce one soon but Cody’s comment make it seem like there is still a long way to go before it’s complete.
