Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar Spoiler Leaks

Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar is booked for an upcoming WWE PPV, FightfulSelect.com reports.

“Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes were not only scheduled to start a program before Vince McMahon, but it was planned well before that.

Sources familiar with the situation say that Brock Lesnar was aware of his creative plans for after WrestleMania nearly a month ahead of time. We can’t say that the entirety of creative knew that was the direction, but that those in the know — specifically Brock, were aware that was the plan moving forward. There were hints of a heel turn in his presentation based on those we spoke to.”

As has been previously reported, William Regal made his return to WWE in January of this year, taking on the role of Vice President of Global Talent Development. Since then, Regal has been active on social media, regularly engaging with fans and sharing insights into his life and work.

However, on Wednesday, Regal sent out a series of tweets that were somewhat out of character for him. In these tweets, which he later deleted, Regal expressed frustration with people who make assumptions about him without knowing him well enough to do so. He asked that people not “ponce” or leach off of him, and said that he preferred to stay out of the “wrestling bubble” and conduct himself honorably in business.

Regal also said that he lives by the motto “A still tongue keeps a wise head,” and that he would prefer that anyone who has a problem with him in their job to just call him directly. He went on to say that he knows too much to “start going off,” and that he would never do so unless someone was spineless and unable to talk to him in person.

One fan responded to Regal’s tweets, asking if he was having remorse about returning to WWE. Regal’s response was clear: he has no remorse about anything, and he doesn’t need a job in wrestling. He chooses to stay and work where he does because he wants to, not because he has to. Regal also noted that he had only left WWE previously because Daniel Bryan had asked him to, and that he had always intended to keep working in the industry.

Overall, Regal’s tweets were a rare moment of frustration and candor for the usually reserved and professional executive. While he deleted the tweets shortly after posting them, they still provide an interesting glimpse into the mind of one of WWE’s most experienced and respected figures.

“If you don’t know me extremely well, inside and out, please don’t ponce(leach)or make assumptions about me that you can’t 100% prove. You can do what you wish but I’m asking politely.I stay out of the ‘Wrestling Bubble’ & I am honorable in business.Thank you.”

“I live by ‘A still tongue keeps a wise head’. If anyone has a problem with me in our job then just call me. The last thing, which would ever happen unless spineless non entities can’t talk to me personally would be for me to start going off. I know too much!”

“Never look at at this, people do for me.I have no remorse about anything.I don’t need a job in wrestling,I choose to stay and where I work. There are plenty of interviews of me from last year saying I only went elsewhere because DB [Daniel Bryan] asked me.I chose to keep working.I don’t need to”
