As we noted earlier here on the site, Cody Rhodes will be wrestling Kurt Angle at the Northeast Wrestling “Wrestling Under the Stars” event on August 27th in Wappingers Falls, NY. Rhodes took to Twitter to comment on the upcoming match:

Rhodes teased on Twitter that he plans to work in EVOLVE after August 19th, which is when he will be free of his contract with WWE and allowed to work for other promotions. He posted this:
