As we noted before, the angle where Nia Jax attacked Charlotte Flair backstage on Raw was a way to write the Queen off of the WWE programming for a while.
At the time, it was reported that Flair will not stay out of action for long and she is expected back around SummerSlam. However, a new report is claiming otherwise.
Alex McCarthy of TalkSport.com recently published a report claiming that “there’s a 0 percent chance Charlotte returns for SummerSlam.” Here is what he wrote:
“The idea is that she will return around Royal Rumble season next year, but if a good story pops up before then – around Survivor Series – she would be open to return later this year.”
These conflicting reports have confused fans and we would likely get a better idea on Flair’s recovery once she undergoes the surgery successfully.
