Conor McGregor is one of the top UFC heavyweights in the world and his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier is not only highly-anticipated but coming soon as the fight takes place on August 10th. However, some fans of the sport are speculating that McGregor might very well have an injury which could endanger the possibility of the match taking place. This ‘insane’ Conor McGregor money offer was recently leaked.
According to SportsKeeda, the speculation and rumors started to run-rampant after McGregor took to social media via Instagram – which you can view below. While he was clearly working out it appears that McGregor has a small brown mark on his left elbow. This is what fans have claimed could be an alleged staph infection.
However, the outlet also points out that even if this was staph, it would most likely be in the later stages with the worst of the infection already elapsed. Still, it was pointed out that several fans don’t believe that this could be staph at all and could be anything from a simple rug burn to a minor injury from hitting the heavy bag.
