Bray Wyatt recently introduced a new belt for the Universal Championship with blue straps but a few days ago, he unveiled a new custom belt for the title, with his face on it.
Corey Graves talked about a number of things during the latest episode of the After The Bell podcast, and he also gave his take on Wyatt’s new custom title.
The SmackDown commentator first explained that changing the belt like this makes the history related to it customized to one guy and he then went on to shoot on The Fiend’s new belt:
“I’m not a huge fan of it. I think it devalues the championship as a whole. The one thing we’ve always got is history, revisionist as it may be. The more you change the championships, the design, it devalues it.”
