It’s being reported that former WWE Champion Dean Ambrose will make his return from injury tonight.
Ambrose has been out since December with a triceps injury, but according to The Wrap, the Lunatic Fringe could reappear tonight. While he’s not expected to return to in-ring action as of yet, many sites have assumed that Ambrose would make his return soon, probably at Summerslam or the night after.
With Seth fighting a 2-on-1 battle against Ziggler and McIntyre, his former tag team partner could help even up the odds Sunday.
As for now, this is just a rumor. However, bringing Ambrose back right before Summerslam might be a move that could bring eyes back to the WWE by Sunday.
