The WWE is planning on making a huge announcement during the NXT UK tapings this weekend.
According to Dave Meltzer, it seems that the WWE is getting ready to reveal plans for a new Performance Center in the United Kingdom. Apparently, the company has been working on the second PC for a few weeks now.
The WWE revealed their plans for Global Expansion back in 2017, hoping to build up various territorial NXT branches across the world in hopes of bringing in new viewers and new talent to the company.
Considering this plan, and the company’s latest launch in NXT UK, it’s understandable that they’d want to launch a Performance Center. It’s likely that once the UK division is fully established, they’ll work on the next territory. Whether they’ll head to Germany, Japan, Australia, or any other one of their targeted territories is unknown.
