Dana White says Brock Lesnar will return to UFC

We noted before how it was reported that Brock Lesnar will be leaving WWE after main eventing this year’s edition of WrestleMania and return to UFC.

At that point these reports were not confirmed however after a latest comment from UFC President Dana White, it appears that there is some truth in the story.

During the April 4rth episode of UFC Tonight, the president was asked about the Beast among other things and he said that Lesnar will indeed be returning to UFC:

“Yeah, Brock Lesnar’s coming back. I don’t know when, but yes he is.“

While White didn’t reveal a timetable for Brock’s return, it’s well known that his current WWE Contract expires after WrestleMania and it would be the best timing for him to announce his return to the Octagon.

Though it’s worth mentioning that a clause in Brock’s current WWE contract can allow the company to keep him around until August if they decide to do so. So we’ll have to keep an eye on their decision to know when Brock will actually make this transition.
