Dana White is the President of the UFC and is certainly a controversial figure in the world of MMA. Dana White was also recently accused of an ‘illegal crime’ in Las Vegas.
Former UFC Star and RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey has not been on WWE television since WrestleMania 35, where she lost her title to Becky Lynch in a triple threat match in the main event of the pay-per-view, which also featured Charlotte Flair.
Ronda Rousey’s original WWE contract has already expired. As reported by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Ronda Rousey’s WWE contract was set to expire back in April. It is likely the company extended it somehow as the belief is that she will be returning to the company.
During the UFC 264 post-fight conference, UFC President Dana White was asked about Ronda Rousey’s status. He revealed that he met with Ronda recently during the UFC 264 press conference and that she is retired and focused on new projects, including a television show that is expected to be huge.
Dana White recently spoke to Oscar Willis from TheMacLife, where he revealed that UFC was planning on parting ways with Francis Ngannou after he lost two fights in a row.
“He [Francis Ngannou] had lost two in a row there, I think, at one point and we could have parted ways with him but we didn’t. We stuck with him and now he’s the world champ.”
