Former WWE Champion Daniel Bryan has been cleared for in-ring return and he could return and join the WWE title picture as soon as next week, per Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer.
Bryan had been out of action since his WrestleMania match with Kofi Kingston and WWE has been very cautious about his status so no details about his injury ever leaked out.
While we still don’t know any details on the reason for his absence from WWE Programming now it’s being reported that he has been declared healthy enough to compete again.
Before his injury. Bryan was expected to continue his program with Kofi Kingston and face the current WWE Champion for his title at the Money In The Bank PPV.
WWE is now advertising Bryan vs. Kofi for their next SmackDown brand Live Event and so it’s believed that Bryan may return to the title picture and join the announced match between Kingston and Kevin Owens at the upcoming PPV, making it a triple threat.
