Former WWE Champion Daniel Bryan rose to superstardom in 2014 thanks to his organic rise as a babyface, culminating in him winning both the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships at WrestleMania 30 after Bryan defeated Randy Orton and Batista in a triple threat match. Daniel Bryan’s new pro wrestling contract was possibly leaked recently.
On last night’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Daniel Bryan faced off against Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship in the main event of the show. Despite competing to the best of his ability, Daniel Bryan was unable to win the match and was banned from Friday Night Smackdown as a result of his loss.
Pro wrestling legend Dutch Mantell predicted that Daniel Bryan might be making his way to Monday Night RAW soon.
“He [Bruce Prichard] may be overextended. I mean, you can have too much, seriously. You can have all kinds of help but if you’re trying to book that much TV, it all runs together after a while. I don’t care who you are. I think their most pressing need is to get that RAW number back up and the best person to help them get it back up is Daniel Bryan. So I think if he went anywhere, he would go to RAW. But he could go to RAW and also work in NXT at the same time.”
