Daniel Bryan ‘Offends’ Vince McMahon In Video?

Vince McMahon appears to be offended by Daniel Bryan being mentioned in a new WWE show. Former WWE Champion Daniel Bryan rose to superstardom in 2014 thanks to his organic rise as a babyface, culminating in him winning both the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships at WrestleMania 30 after Bryan defeated Randy Orton and Batista in a triple threat match. Daniel Bryan was also apparently lying about quitting WWE.

On last week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Daniel Bryan faced off against Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship in the main event of the show. Despite competing to the best of his ability, Daniel Bryan was unable to win the match and was banned from Friday Night Smackdown as a result of his loss. His contract also expired last week and many fans have been wondering where he will go next. Bryan knew WWE that he would be leaving before WrestleMania.

Now it seems WWE is actively trying to remove every mention of Daniel Bryan. WALTER recently told After The Bell that he wants a match against Cesaro. He also mentioned Finn Balor and Daniel Bryan in the interview. Here is what he said regarding Daniel Bryan:

“When I first got into watching other wrestling than WWE, I was watching a lot of Ring of Honor. Those guys are the top guys in WWE right now, so Daniel Bryan would be one of the matches I really wanted to do.”

Now it seems WWE has edited out this specific portion of the interview. We will have to see where Daniel Bryan will end up next.
