Daniel Bryan ‘Released’ By WWE?

As it was seen on this past week’s edition of WWE Smackdown, Daniel Bryan lost, yet against against Roman Reigns. As a result, while Reigns retained his WWE Universal Championship, Bryan was ‘banished’ from Smackdown indefinitely. WWE would add to the dramatics by moving Bryan’s WWE profile to their alumni section alongside Dean Ambrose and Dash Wilder, meaning that he is released from the company in storylines. However, there is little to suspect that Bryan will be going to any competing company as HeelByNature is suggesting that there is still a chance that Bryan could show up on WWE Monday Night Raw or on WWE NXT – however, none of this has been confirmed.

Daniel Bryan’s WWE contract ends this September. It should be noted that a former WWE creative team member recently stated that Bryan could be heading to Raw soon though. Vince McMahon ‘was ready’ to fire a popular WWE tag team.

During the most recent edition of the highly-successful WWE post-show, Talking Smack, Paul Heyman who is the special counsel for WWE Universal Champion and ‘The Head of the Table’ Roman Reigns, shared his thoughts on how significant his client’s victory against Daniel Bryan truly was. Edge ‘Demands’ WWE Bring Back Fired Star.

“Daniel Bryan is gone. Off of SmackDown, permanently. How many people have tried to stop the ‘Yes Movement’ in the past decade? How many people in 20 years have tried to take Daniel Bryan out? This man has gone through it all. Edge? Have you seen Edge around here lately? What could stop Edge? Roman Reigns!” Heyman noted.
