WWE sees Wrestlemania as the start of something new, so a few releases are expected every year. This year is no different as we already have one release.
She has been a regular backstage as an interviewer for a while and also made appearances in Total Divas in a cameo role a couple of times.
The reason behind her release is unknown. She signed with NXT back in 2014 as a wrestler but quickly transitioned into being a backstage interviewer instead. She was even part of the NXT broadcast team until she was called up to the main roster, where she interviewed superstars on Smackdown Live and 205 Live.
She had suffered an ACL injury for which she had to take some time off, but she then came back to work. Now she will have to find work elsewhere.
