The victim claims that Del Rio slapped her a total of ten times while dragging her up and downstairs and that he also tried to make her “dance for him” wearing a dress, but she refused. She also said that she “blanked out” after a point and cannot remember anything after that.
When she started to cry, Alberto threatened her that if she did then he would “take her son and drop him off in the middle of the road somewhere.” After that, the victim was tied up with boxing straps and Del Rio gagged her with a sock. He then “sexually assaulted her for several hours using various objects.”
The victim was also hit in the back, which left visible bruises. She also told police she did not recall much after he put his hands around her throat.
Del Rio was released on a $50,000 bond.
