More on Velveteen Dream’s car accident; Sonya Deville on Finn Balor supporting LGBTQ community

Velveteen Dream was involved in a car accident recently, on the same day rumors came about claiming that WWE could fire him. Details regarding the accident have now been revealed.

 


 

According to reports, the accident took place at around 4:00 PM EST on Friday. He was unable to stop at a red light and collided with another car. It was said that the driver of the other car sustained injuries, but the severity of the injuries was not disclosed.

Dream was given a ticket but he did not have to appear in Court. He was hospitalized following the accident but was discharged soon after.

Finn Balor has made it clear he is a support of the LGBQT+ community. His WrestleMania 33 entrance featured several members of Orlando’s gay community and he has been supportive of equal rights for many years. Sony Deville recently spoke about what his support means.

Deville spoke to Mirror.Uk, where she talked about Balor’s support of the LGBQT+ community. She praised him for using WWE as a platform to send his message in support of the community.

“For him to use the large platform that he stands on to spread such a good message, he’s always been a good friend of mine, he’s just like one of the greatest guys I’ve ever met, and for him to use his voice as an ally is so important, it’s such a big statement.”
