Does Paul Heyman see Buddy Murpy as the next face of RAW?

Buddy Murphy certainly had a rough go on the main roster after leaving 205 Live. However, a drastic turn has taken him from a low-card performer to one of the most important stars on Monday Night RAW. After joining Seth Rollins, he and the Monday Night Messiah captured the RAW Tag Team Titles.

The Juggernaut continues to shoot through the ranks, and it looks like the sky’s the limit for Murphy. In a recent interview with Digital Spy, he revealed that the executive director of RAW is quite high on him. In fact, he considers Murphy to be the future.

Working with Paul is awesome. Paul, during my NXT days, where we originally met, gave me some nice words. Then I was drafted to 205 Live then to SmackDown and I kind of found myself a little lost with no real direction. Paul decided I would be a good fit for his brand, the next face of RAW.

Murphy went on to say that he’s enjoyed picking Heyman’s brain, and he feels incredibly lucky to have been drafted to Monday nights.

The former Cruiserweight Champion is considered by many to be one of the best workers in the company, earning the respect of the fans from his run on 205 Live and his great matches with Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan. Could he be the next face of RAW? What do you think? Let us know in the comments below.
