29-year-old Donald Nemeth, who is the younger brother of Dolph Ziggler, was recently charged with aggravated murder. Nemeth is being accused of murdering 34-year-old Joseph Mascol, who was shot at the University Hotel and Suites in Cleveland, OH on January 23rd. Police obtained a warrant for Nemeth’s arrest on Tuesday.
Nemeth allegedly tried to rob Mascol in the seventh-floor hallway of the hotel and Nemeth shot and killed him.
Nemeth is currently not in custody, and the police are actively looking for him.
