UFC President Dana White is known for a lot of things and being a fan of crossover MMA and boxing promotions is not one of them. He had previously prevented UFC legend Georges St-Pierre from fighting boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya at Triller Club due to the fact that St-Pierre is under contract with the UFC. Dana White’s crazy bet on Tyron Woodley also leaked previously.
Jorge Masvidal was one of the celebrities who made an appearance at UFC 264. Another celebrity who appeared at UFC 264 was former President Of The United States, Donald Trump. It seems he quite likes Jorge Masvidal.
In recent footage via TMZ Sports from UFC 264, the former Republican president could be seen speaking to Jorge Masival. Donald Trump is initially seen walking with UFC President Dana White. He then praised Jorge Masvidal as Donald Trump said the following:
“Great champ. Give him a lot of money.”
He also thanked Masvidal during a 4th of July rally as well:
“I also want to thank a man who is a true fighter. You do not want to fight with him. These are tough guys, but don’t fight with this guy – Jorge Masvidal – because he brought Miami to a level that nobody thought a Republican could get to. Jorge, I want to thank you very much, you are really – he is truly a warrior. Even our folks from Congress would say Jorge is a warrior.”
