Donald Trump Drops Joe Rogan Racism Bombshell

The long-tenured UFC commentator Joe Rogan has become a controversial figure in UFC. Rogan had been all over the news following a series of controversies. He was being accused of spreading misinformation about the virus on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, on Spotify. Another alarming issue followed suit when a video compilation of him saying the “N-word” on his podcast went viral. Trevor Noah had bashed Rogan after the infamous video clip that recently started resurfacing.

This time around, the former United States President Donald Trump backed Joe Rogan after the veteran UFC commentator received backlash for the incident.

Rogan had apologized but his platform, Spotify, continues to face mounting pressure to remove his podcast from its library. The company had refused to remove all of Joe Rogan’s content though a recent appeal from some musicians and podcasters was noted. However, Spotify tried to find common ground and began removing several JRE episodes. It has been noted that the total number of deleted episodes has reportedly reached 113.

Speaking about censorship as a guest on the Full Send podcast, Trump talked about Rogan and his recent string of issues. The former POTUS said:

“Joe Rogan is not a racist, okay? He’s a very interesting guy that people like listening to. But you know they’ve been hitting him pretty hard. I did tell him one thing, ‘Stop apologizing.'”
