According to Mediaite, Former President Donald Trump is facing what can only be described as a catastrophic day in his political career. The day started with the unsealing of a federal indictment against him, followed by the resignation of his legal team. Even some of his most ardent defenders on Fox News have deemed the indictment as “extremely damning.” Unfazed by the torrent of bad news, Trump took to his newly launched social media platform, Truth Social, and embarked on a relentless posting spree, unleashing a series of furious messages throughout the afternoon and evening.
The indictment, a result of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation, consists of a staggering 37 criminal counts. It unveils a shocking revelation that Trump had retained boxes of documents containing classified information, encompassing sensitive details about defense and weapons capabilities, nuclear programs, potential vulnerabilities, and plans for retaliation in the event of an attack. The most incriminating aspect of the indictment centers around communications between Trump, his family members, attorneys, and staff, which acknowledge the possession of classified information that had not been declassified. Compounding the gravity of the situation are the now-viral photos depicting stacks of boxes allegedly filled with classified documents, carelessly strewn across nonsecure areas such as bathrooms, ballroom stages, and storage rooms.
Trump wasted no time in launching an attack on Special Counsel Jack Smith, deriding him as a “deranged psycho” and a “Trump hater” in a post published shortly before 3 pm ET. However, this was merely a prelude to the barrage of subsequent posts that inundated Truth Social. As the article is being written, Trump has already shared over twenty posts, many of which contain factual errors and outright lies. For instance, Trump falsely asserts that the indictment does not implicate him in retaining military and nuclear secrets or highly classified foreign intelligence, directly contradicting the explicit details laid out in the indictment.
A sample of Trump’s posts illustrates his increasing desperation and willingness to fabricate narratives to discredit the charges against him. He attempts to deflect attention by implicating President Biden, falsely claiming that Biden had unsecured records for years, including during his time as a senator. Trump further alleges a conspiracy involving Smith, Lisa Monaco, Matt Colangelo, and even Biden himself, accusing them of being “Trump haters” who seek to unjustly persecute him. Drawing attention to a box photographed on the floor, Trump questions who opened it, insinuating foul play and likening it to the allegedly staged papers during the raid on Mar-a-Lago.
Trump also takes aim at Attorney General Garland, accusing him of being part of a concerted effort to “GET TRUMP.” He drags the Clinton Socks Case into the narrative, distorting its relevance to the current situation. In a bid to tarnish Biden’s credibility, Trump invokes his son’s business partners and accuses Biden of lying about his knowledge of the indictment. Despite the gravity of the charges, Trump dismisses the case as a “SCAM” unrelated to the Espionage Act.
Biden moved his Boxes all over the place, including to Chinatown and up to his lawyer’s office in Boston. Why isn’t deranged Jack Smith looking at that? Also, I supplied them openly, and without question, security tape from Mar-a-Lago. I had nothing to hide, nor do I now. Nobody said I wasn’t allowed to look at the personal records that I brought with me from the White House. There’s nothing wrong with that….
….Biden had records for years, totally unsecured, even stolen when he was a Senator. This is crazy! Just like Jack Smith, Lisa Monaco, and the man they sent to the D.A.’s Office, Matt Colangelo. It isn’t America anymore. Under the Presidential Records Act, I’m allowed to do all this. Under the Clinton Socks Case, the decision is clear. There was no crime, except for what the DOJ and FBI have been doing against me for years.
The Box on the floor which was opened (who opened it?) clearly shows there was no “documents,” but rather newspapers, personal pictures, etc. WITCH HUNT!
Strange! Everything about the boxes was so neat, orderly, and clean. Did the FBI tip over the one box the way they “staged” the papers on the floor during the raid of Mar-a-Lago, only to apologize after getting caught?

Attorney General Garland, Lisa Monaco, Matt Colangelo (now working at the D.A’s Office to “GET TRUMP”), Deranged Jack Smith and, of course, Biden himself, who is losing to me in the Polls (by a lot), are all Trump Haters. Jack Smith’s wife, Katy Chevigny, is the biggest Hater of them all. There is no way they can treat me fairly—but we will win, and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
Biden said he knew nothing about the Indictment of his number one rival, me. This is just like his statement that he knew nothing about who his son’s business partners were, which turned out to be a total lie!
This Case has nothing to do with the Espionage Act, it only has to do with the Presidential Records Act, and also the Clinton Socks Case. It is a SCAM!
Biden pressed Jack Smith to do this in order to take the pressure off the fact that they caught him stealing $5 Million.
