It seems before his rise to Superstardom, he was involved in a very messy case that might have ended his career. Brock Lesnar might surprise Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 37 as well.
Vince Russo spoke on Writing With Russo, where he talked about an alleged abuse case with Drew McIntyre and his ex-wife Taryn Terrell. She worked in WWE under the ECW brand as Tiffany.
Russo explained how the real-life situation could result in a storyline that would take it to the next level if he had his wife.
Drew McIntyre was married to Taryn Terrell – who is and was a worker. They were married and divorced. There was an incident in a hotel room where a fight or something went down, where Taryn was charged with spousal abuse.
I would love if all of a sudden, Taryn Terrell makes her appearance and basically say ‘I took the bullet for you in that hotel room. It was you that had attacked me, I was afraid to come forward. If the were to come out, then your career would have been over.
McIntyre is scheduled to challenge Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 37.
