Several WWE Superstars were released from the company on April 15th, which was the biggest mass exodus in the company’s history. EC3 was among the many released. He changed his gimmick and made his way to Impact Wrestling. Now it seems he no longer has anything to do with the promotion.
According to a report by Fightful Select, EC3 has finished up his time in Impact Wrestling “for the time being.” He competed against Moose in a cinematic match at Bound For Glory, where he lost the match. Now it seems he will be working with ROH.
He’s now working in Ring of Honor, and will at least be working with them through the end of the year.
There are no details which state whether he had signed a contract with either Impact Wrestling or ROH. Reports have suggested that there have been talks about him creating something totally separate from the two promotions.
We will have to see what he does next.
