Edge and Christian are hoping to have a tag team reunion run in WWE, facing some of WWE’s biggest tag team names.
Edge told Metro, “I would love it! I think at some point that would need to happen -just because there’s so many opportunities there.
Between Edge and Christian against The Usos – I mean, man! Edge and Christian against The New Day, Edge and Christian against Ziggler and Roode, Edge and Christian versus the Street Profits! Not for nothing, Edge and Christian versus Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. There’s some stuff there.”
Edge won the Royal Rumble match on Sunday and is rumored to challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania 37.
He said after the Rumble, “It means a lot. So, if you would have told me four years ago that I would be in the Royal Rumble going in first and winning it to go to WrestleMania, I still feel like I need to pinch myself, I still need to wake up.”
Edge was last World Champion on the day he retired after WrestleMania 27 in spring 2011, having to give up his world title due to what was at the time a career ending injury.
