Eric “Enzo Amore” Arndt has been fairly quiet since his release from WWE following accusations of rape, but he has today tweeted a letter from his legal counsel indicating Phoenix authorities will not charge him with any crimes alleged to the incident due to insufficient evidence.
One of the reasons WWE allegedly decided to release Amore was due to reports that he had been aware of allegations before they became public, but the letter contradicts this point. It also includes a note that Amore will be returning to the entertainment business.
