Evander Holyfield ‘Rigging’ Belfort Fight Leaks?

With the mess that was Evander Holyfield vs Vitor Belfort now behind us and changing tons of rules in boxing, Evander is now back to his original self and speaking up on fights that are yet to happen. Evander Holyfield was recently questioned about the huge event that will see Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk in the ring with each other. Evander Holyfield had this to say about his prediction that involves Oleksandr Usyk’s chances against Anthony Joshua: “Tough fight, haha. Tough fight, haha. Anthony Joshua? Tough fight. The only way you’re gonna do it is to fight a heavyweight and he’s fighting a good one, so it’s gonna be tough. You know what? I did it. I believe he can do it.” Evander was then asked if he had a specific prediction for the fight’s outcome.

Evander stated:Ryan “No, no, no. The fact of the matter is everything is about confidence. If you do the right thing, you’ll win.”

Triller boss Ryan Kavanaugh made an apperance during a recent edition of ‘The MMA Hour’ with Ariel Helwani. While talking to the MMA journalist, Kavanaugh stated that Evander Holyfield apparently had a different expectation of what his fight vs Vitor Belfort was going to be. The top combat sport executive proclaimed that Holyfield expected the matchup to be a ‘light sparring session’ before Belfort ‘flipped the script’.

Evander Holyfield was looking great and answering questions solidly during this interview, so it does seem that he is doing well after his fight with Vitor Belfort.
