After being listed as El Paso’s most wanted fugitive back in 2019 due to interference with child custody and being an “aggravated kidnapping facilitate,” former TNA wrestler Trenesha Daniyall Biggers aka Rhaka Khan has tried to avoid going to court by any means necessary.
There are two court incidents when her non-appearances resulted in her bail being revoked. In December 2019, she was finally arraigned. A public defender is currently handling Khan’s case. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest for missing a hearing, but it was revoked after she posted a $6,000 bond.
Luck was in Bigger’s favor when her trial kept getting delayed due to hindrances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Biggers’ attorney had requested to be removed from the case in August with a new attorney later taking up her defense. However, it seems that she can no longer avoid the law.
According to a report by PW Insider, a bench warrant calling for the arrest of former WWE developmental and Impact Wrestling star was issued on December 14th in Texas. The warrant was issued after Biggers failed to appear for a trial that had already been delayed in the past month.
Biggers has tried to change the narrative of her case by posting videos on Youtube calling the charges against her as ‘fake’. Biggers has since made the videos private.
