Ex-WWE Diva Died Suddenly From Alcohol?

The WWE community was struck with grief in October 2022, as news emerged that Sara Lee, winner of the first season of Tough Enough in 2015, had passed away at the young age of 30. Her tragic death left behind her husband, Westin Blake (real name Cory James Weston), and their three children. Now, new details have emerged regarding what might have led to her untimely passing, and it seems that alcohol may have played a role.

According to a recent article on PEOPLE.com, an anonymous insider shared some insight into the events leading up to Lee’s death. The source revealed that Lee was heavily drinking on the night she passed away and was later found by her husband. Sadly, it was already too late. The insider emphasized that Lee’s death was not intentional and was an accident.

The sudden loss of Sara Lee has undoubtedly been devastating for her family and friends. The insider noted that Lee was not someone who exhibited any signs of struggling with alcohol or mental health issues. “She was never that person you would think would do this,” the source said. “There were never any signs.”

Lee’s win on Tough Enough in 2015 earned her a $250,000 WWE contract, and while she did have some success in the ring, it never translated into a main roster contract. Despite this, Lee had many fans in the WWE community who were heartbroken by her passing.

As her family and friends continue to grapple with their loss, they can take solace in the fact that Sara Lee’s legacy will live on. The outpouring of support and love from the WWE community is a testament to the impact she made during her time in the industry, and her memory will undoubtedly be cherished by those who knew and loved her.
