Ex-WWE World Champion Banned From AEW

WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart has seen it all when it comes to the world of professional wrestling. He is certainly well-versed in tag team wrestling as well. It seems he has also saved the WWE career of a former WWE Superstar.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there are those in AEW who believe that Bret Hart has signed a contract with WWE. Due to this he will not go to AEW.

The reason this is on an indie show and not AEW is that those in AEW are of the belief that Hart quietly signed a lucrative WWE deal that would ban him from appearing on AEW shows. But he is allowed to do indie shows, so that loophole allowed this to happen. This also means they believe he can’t be part of the Owen Hart tournament presentation.

The WWE Chairman is larger than life in many ways and he also has his own oddities and problems as well. He also threatened a WWE star in a recent gym video
