The former NXT Champion Finn Balor who has been out of action took to Twitter recently and posted a picture. The picture saw him with another former NXT Champion, Samoa Joe, who made his much awaited return on this week’s edition of NXT.

‘The Samoan Submission Machine’ was previously let go by WWE due to the budget cuts. But, with the word going out that the company planning to bring back some stars, the fans had started speculating about his return. Eva Marie Spoils WWE Title Change In Photo?
It was slated that Joe would return in a non wrestling role and that is what happened. Previously, the current NXT General Manager had said at the end of NXT TakeOver: In Your House that it was time for a change to the black and gold brand. Thus, he brought Joe, who will be now working as the enforcer.
He has already made his mark on the brand as he made it clear he would not tolerate any chaos. He also choked Adam Cole to prove his point after he got into a tiff with Kyle O’ Reilly.
Joe will not be competing in the ring anytime soon but his return to the squared circle will not be ruled out. With Balor posting his picture, who knows they end up having another match down the road just like the old times.
