The former WWE RAW Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley was recently spotted at Dragon’s Lair Gym in Las Vegas with some AEW stars. She took to her Instagram account and posted a picture that featured her rumored boyfriend, Buddy Matthews, Tony Nese, Brian Cage, Melissa Santos and popular trainer Flex Lewis.

Ripley recently turned heel as frustrations piled up for her being a part of tag-team with Liv Morgan. ‘The Nightmare’ since has received a huge push as of late by WWE as she has joined Edge and Damian Priest’s Judgment Day faction at WrestleMania Backlash earlier this month. Edge has since teased other stars joining the faction including Tommaso Ciampa, Paige, and more.
WWE had plans to use Harland (Parker Boudreaux) in the group, but that was nixed before the company released him. Speaking on his After The Bell podcast, WWE commentator Corey Graves addressed concerns that WWE lacks enough tag teams to compete in the upcoming tournament for the WWE Women’s Tag-Team Championship. He also suggested that Ripley should find a partner to become a modern-day female version of the legendary Road Warriors tag team:
“What about if we had a badass dominant female tag team in WWE?” Graves said. “I know the first name that comes to mind is currently occupied with The Judgment Day. But let’s say like a Rhea Ripley and maybe Shayna Baszler or Shotzi or somebody with that edgy sort of look, and have true dominant female Road Warrior types in the women’s division.”
