Former TNA/Impact Tag Team Champion Andrew Wenkel, better known by his ring name Andrew Everett has been released from Impact Wrestling.
Andrew broke the news of his release via a couple of tweets from his Official Twitter account. In the tweets as seen below he revealed that he had asked for the release and his request was accepted by the company officials:

Everett made his Impact Wrestling debut back in October 2015. He participated in an Ultimate X match on the Bound for Glory PPV during his debut.
He competed in the X Division for a long time and won the Impact Tag Team Championship with DJ Z earlier this year in April, which is his only title with the company.
Andrew’s tweet above makes it clear that he will continue his wrestling career in the independent circuit and it would be interesting to see where he ends up after leaving Impact.
